Main Course

• Lamb Kleftiko
  (Slow-cooked lamb, marinated and cooked with banana shallots, tomatoes, new potatoes, and peppers to soak up the rich, flavorful gravy. Cooked either in the BBQ or oven depending on the size of the group.)
